Job Description

Head Chef position available on a 74m new build, privately owned motor yacht with a total of 19 crew and 12 guests.

Trail period to be conducted on the owners 55m motor yacht for this summer season in the med starting ASAP. This vessel runs with a crew of 14 with the galley department consisting of a head chef and sous chef.

Minimum Qualifications:
– Valid STCW
– ENG1 Medical Certificate
– Food and Hygiene level 2
– Ship’s Cook Certificate or Culinary Training certificates
– Schengen Visa
– B1/B2 visa preferred but not essential

Ideal candidate would be located in Europe. Vessel currently located in La Ciotat.
Salary and package to be discussed.

Please note that this position is for experienced chefs only, the vessel has a very busy schedule and we need someone who can hit the ground running.
