Hands-On Chief Engineer for Ocean Conservation Ship

Itinerary: Patrolling of the North Pacific and Eastern Tropical Pacific
Start Date: Beginning April 2020
Wage: USD ($) Lower end of the pay scale, as we run 100% on donations
Requirements: Y3 Minimum or equivalent.
The applicant: Must be HANDS-ON and enjoy a mentoring/teaching role working with volunteers.
Experience with 2 x 800 kW Caterpillar D-353-E diesel engines or similar. Proficient knowledge in gearbox maintenance, watermakers, electrical and air conditioning systems. Thrive in troubleshooting.
